Parent and Carer Support Group

Monday 16th July
6.30pm – 8.30pm
Pippins Community Centre, Axminster

Are you worried about your child or young person’s behaviour or their mental health?

Are you supporting a child or young person who is experiencing mental illness and you need support yourself?

Our monthly parent and carer support group provides the opportunity to meet up, to talk about your experiences and thoughts, and to receive some support for yourself in a friendly, informal, confidential and relaxed environment. We are all about bringing people together, to break down the isolation and stigma associated with mental illness, and to hopefully make a difficult situation that little bit easier.

The small and friendly group is open to anyone who is supporting a young person who is experiencing emotional and mental health issues, and is free to attend. Tea/coffee and light refreshments are available, and we do ask for a very small donation to help cover our costs.

Our next parent and carer support group will take place on Monday 16th July at the usual place – Pippins Community Centre, Axminster at 6.30pm until 8.30pm.

No need to book, just feel free to come along if you can make it.
