MENTAL HEALTH TRAINING & WORKSHOPS
The Project offers a range of 2-hour training sessions focussing on specific mental health issues, and other issues commonly affecting young people. All sessions can be combined with MHFA Lite ½ day, or with each other, to make a full training day. Please ask for a quote.
We are keen to learn from the experiences of young people who attend our support sessions, our staff and volunteers. All our training sessions are informed by them, so we are really able to share their lived experiences with you, and we believe this makes a real difference to our training.
